L'outil Prolonger prolonge un élément jusqu'à l'intersection avec un autre.
Barre d'outils : 
Menu : Outils > Modifier > Prolonger
Ruban : Éditeur> Instruments > Prolonger
Pour prolonger un élément :
1.Sélectionnez deux éléments qui ne se croisent pas par maintenant la touche Maj appuyée.
2.Cliquez sur le bouton Prolonger.
