Collection of Information
The Company collects two types of information from the Website: personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information.
Personally Identifiable Information
Personally Identifiable Information (hereinafter referred to as “personal information”) is information that can identify the User, for example, name, email address. It also includes files uploaded by the User to the Website. Any personal information is obtained only when the User voluntarily provides it.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (hereinafter referred to as “non-personal information”) is information that cannot identify the User, for example, IP address, browser type, time and date of the site session. The Company may automatically collect certain non-personal information from the Website.
Use of Collected Information
The Company may use the collected information, among other things, for the following purposes:
- to provide the User with access to the Website, as well as support and information about services and products of the Company;
- to diagnose problems and solve them;
- to monitor and improve the quality of the provided services and products;
- to contact the User;
- to track the Website usage statistics.
The Company does not disclose or transfer any User's information to third parties unless it is legally required.
Personal Information Management
The User's personal information can be deleted from the server of the Company if required. For this purpose the User should send a request at email@example.com.
The Company has a right to apply cookies on the Website. A cookie is a small piece of data that is used to monitor the use of the Website, gather non-personal information about the User and carry on statistical research. The User can disable cookies, however, this can affect functionality of the Website.
The Company treats the security of personal information of the User with the utmost seriousness and provides reasonable means of security to protect data from illegal access, alteration and disclosure. However, since none of the means of protecting is 100% effective the Company cannot ensure the absolute security of the personal information.
