wrong usage of %%-signs

I have some old files (Acad 11 or 12) which uses the DOS-codepage and an old shx (8dinb.shx). In these files there are many signs (german Umlaute and other diakrits ...) which are defined as "%%Number-Combination".

i.e.
old
Stell & %%154berwachungsstromkreis

means new
Stell & Ьberwachungsstromkreis

Cadview can not display the letter "Ь" and only displays %%.

Other used codes:
(old dos ) new windows)
%%129=ь
%%130=й
%%131=в
%%132=д
%%133=а
%%138=и
%%140=о
%%147=Ñ„
%%148=ц
%%154=Ь
%%230=µ
%%234=\U+2126
%%237=\U+2205
%%241=±
%%247=\U+2248
%%248=°
%%253=І

Best regards

Peter
