what different between cadimage and cadimport?

who can tell me,whats different between cadimage and cadimport?
CAD Image DLL is SDK for drawing on DC. This is for visualization, printing, conversion to BMP (EMF, GIF), etc.
CAD Importer DLL is SDK for direct access to entities inside the drawing. The SDK allows reading X1 Y1 and X2 Y2 for a line; coordinates, font, string value for a text and so on.
