It seems you have older version of DXF Export VCL or CAD Import VCL and paths to it from Delphi>Invironment options>Library path. Please use the last version DXF Export VCL: http://www.cadsofttools.com/download/DXFExporterSDK.zip or CAD Import VCL: http://www.cadsofttools.com/download/CADImportVCL.z...
