File menu

File menu consists of the following sections:

Open/Save...
oNew button on the toolbar or [File > New] menu command toggles ABViewer to the Editor mode and creates a blank CAD file.
oOpen [Ctrl + O] button on the toolbar or [File > Open] menu command activates the standard Open file dialog box.
oThumbnails button on the toolbar or [File > Thumbnails] menu command calls Thumbnails window.
oSave [Ctrl + S] button on the toolbar or [File > Save] menu command activates the standard Save as dialog box.
oFile > Save As menu command activates the standard Save as dialog box.
oFile > Close menu command closes current image.
oFile > Reload file [Ctrl + R] menu command forces ABViewer to reload currently opened file.
Merge button on the toolbar or [File > Merge] menu command provides merging of two or more CAD format files.
Batch
oBatch [Ctrl + B] menu command allows converting of the selected file(s) to *.pdf, *.bmp, *.emf, *.wmf, *.jpg, *.gif, *.tiff and *.dxf file formats.
oBatch Print menu command allows printing a batch of files.
Print
oPrint button on the tool bar or [File > Print] menu command executes the standard Print dialog box for printing the current image to the sheet currently selected for printer.
oPrint Preview [Ctrl + B] button on the toolbar or click [File > Print Preview] sends an image (full or clipped if the Clip Rectangle is active) to the Print Preview dialog.
oFile > Print View Area menu command sends only visible part of the loaded image to the printer currently set in the system. While processing Print dialog box arises.
oFile > Print Setup menu command calls standard Print Setup dialog box.
File > File Information [Alt+Enter] menu command calls File information window.
Last Files allows viewing the list of last loaded files.
Exit menu command closes ABViewer.

Note: when printing, every line of the drawing gets weight according to Width of null-width lines option, if Show Lineweight button on the toolbar is pressed.

Advice: use Black-White mode if you use Black-White printer and want to have all the lines with the same width and intensity.
