Thumbnails
Thumbnails  button on the toolbar or [File > Thumbnails] menu command calls the following window:
When opening folder only visible images are being added into the Thumbnails Database. For adding the rest files in the folder move scroll bar down the folder or select File > Add Folder to Thumbnails Database menu item.
Double-click on the image to open selected file by ABViewer.
Press  button for adding current folder to a list of favorite folders. The drop down list on the left hand will be upended with the selected folder. This list allows quick and easy navigating among the separate archives of your files:
Press  button for removing selected folder from the Thumbnails folder.
The following panel allows defining image size for thumbnail images:
Progress bar  in the bottom left corner demonstrates loading process. Press  button interrupt adding files to the Thumbnails Database.
Thumbnails main menu consists of the following items:
| o | Add Folder to Thumbnails Database - adds current folder to the Thumbnails Database |
| o | Compress Thumbnails Database - updates the Thumbnails Database |
| o | Clear Thumbnails Database - removes content of the Thumbnails Database |
| o | Settings - calls Settings dialog box (see it below) |
| o | Exit - closes Thumbnails window |
| ▪ | By Name - sorts images by name |
| ▪ | By Extension - sorts images by extension |
| ▪ | By Date- sorts images by date |
| o | Refresh - refreshes the content of current folder |
| • | Max database size: - defines maximum size of the Thumbnails Database. When size of the Thumbnails Database reaches specified value no Thumbnails icons being added to the Database. It is recommended to use File > Compress Thumbnails Database menu item periodically for freeing up available space in the Thumbnails Database. |
