Dear Angelo Ravagli.

Thank you for the question.
As we can understand from your post the problem arise when sending JPG file via Fax. It means that CADImage plugin converts DWG to JPG correctly.

We suggest to switch on Black-white mode before conversion to JPG. Our free software CS_Manager allows such actions. Please download it from: http://www.cadsofttools.com/download/cs_manager.zip

Unpack the package and run CS_Manager.exe.

CADSoftTools plugin Manager window will arise.

Find section Color mode and select Black-white. Press Apply button.

Then reload your file, convert it to JPG and repeat a sending.

Sergey.
