Thank you for your remark. The link to the latest plugin version can be always found on official TC site:
http://www.ghisler.com/plugins.htm#lister
Totalcmd.net is unofficial TC dedicated site. We haven't uploaded newer plugin versions since 2005. Anyway, we have e-mailed site administration about publishing new plugin version. This issue will be solved soon.
