CAD View TC Plugin Registration

How do I enter my registration data to unlock the commercial version?

Okay, I figured it out. It would be helpful to provide instructions in the readme file. However, now that I've got the plugin registered, any CAD files that have mutliple layouts will not generate a preview. There are no layouts listed in the layout drop-down menu.
