Can ABViewer convert SVG files to DXF files without the need to manipulate the file.

The ones i have tried with the trial version of ABViewer change my text size & arc radii.

I have 9000 files to convert, so i dont want to change the text size on every file!

Also a batch conversion tool would be good.

Hello!

Can you please send us yor SVG files for testing? ABViewer must convert texts as is. It must hold its size unchanged. If this does not happen, the problem must be solved.
ABViewer already has batch conversion functionality. It is available under File -> Batch... menu item.
